April’s Morgenson Realty Company, Inc. employee to be lavished in well-deserved compliments, is the amazing, mother of two – Caitlin Willicombe! Caitlin is the Property Manager of both Ridge View and Ridge Pointe Apartments in Downtown Waukesha.
Fun Facts about Caitlin:
- She is the master of the perfect messy-bun. No matter how she does her hair, it always looks good.
- Her energy is contagious. She can always be found smiling and on-the-go!
- Caitlin has two adorable little ones – Adalynn and Liam – who are her world
- Did I say “world”? That’s funny, because she also loves ALL THINGS Disney World & recently took a trip there with her husband Stuart and the kiddos.
- 12 hours prior to bringing her handsome little Liam into the world, Caitlin was giving a tour and renting an apartment. Redefining work ethic for us all!
We have had the pleasure of having Caitlin work with us for over two years now. Managing our Downtown Waukesha locations which total 45 apartments, we receive an abundance of compliments from tenants about her. In the winter, you can find her salting the driveways with Liam on her back and Adalynn, supervising the job! Spring, Summer, & Fall bring exciting challenges, as Caitlin masterfully juggles the busier events of property management and working as the Early Childhood Director at Shorepoint City Church.
In bringing this first ever MRCI Brag Board to a close, it should go without saying, that we love our team. Caitlin manages two beautiful properties in the heart of Waukesha and if you’re looking for a warm, wonderful place to call home – having her as your Property Manager will simply be icing on the cake!
